Mixpac DMA 50 2K Cartridge Gun
The dual-cartridge gun of the DMA 50 series is an adhesive gun from Sulzer Mixpac for 2K cartridges.
The variants of the adhesive gun differ only by the included plunger. The DMA 50 dispensing device for the A-/B-system 2K cartridge can be converted to the mixing ratios 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 by simply changing the plungers. The following table shows the item designations for the DMA 50 with the different plungers supplied as a set.
The plungers for the A- or B-system (see below) are the same length for the mixing ratios 1:1 and 2:1. The B cartridges for 4:1 and 10:1 cartridges are slightly longer than the A cartridges. Therefore, for the dual-cartridge gun sets in mixing ratios 4:1 and 10:1, a distinction is made between A-system and B-system.
